Instalment Payments

Affordable, accessible and flexible study with Claims Class. Pay in instalments to spread out the investment in your education.

Basic and Intermediate E-Courses – Instalment Plan

Basic and Intermediate E-Courses can be paid in two instalments. Payments are structured as follows:

• Instalment 1: paid when you sign up
• Instalment 2: paid 30 days after sign up

Premium E-Courses – Instalment Plan

Premium E-Courses can be paid in three instalments. Payments are structured as follows:

• Instalment 1: paid when you sign up
• Instalment 2: paid 30 days after sign up
• Installment 3: paid 60 days after sign up

All payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the date the payment is due.

Terms & Conditions

Basic and Intermediate E-Courses – Completion

Once registered, you are able to progress through our basic and intermediate e-courses at your own pace but the entire course must be completed within a 6-month period from the date of registration.

Your access to the student website will expire at the end of the 6-month period. By setting a generous timeline, we hope to encourage you to focus on your studies and complete the course.

Premium E-Courses – Completion

You have 60 days to complete each module. If you need to take a break from studying, you are free to do so in-between modules. We hope this structure strikes a good balance of flexibility with your studies but also keeps you focused to make sure that you complete the course.

Plagiarism

When working on and submitting assignments for intermediate and premium e-courses, students must agree to submit work that is 100% their own via a signed declaration that should be submitted at the start of the course.

Any student thought to have submitted plagiarised work will be removed from the course and will not receive credit for any modules and assignments completed up to that point.

30-Day Refund Policy

Claims Class does not offer refunds on the basic e-courses. However, we will allow you to transfer your fees to another course if you wish.

If for some reason you are not happy with either the intermediate or premium e-course, or the course does not offer what you expected, Claims Class will offer a full refund within 30-days of purchase.

Within those 30-days, Claims Class must see that the student has attempted the course content and submitted at least one assignment.

After 30-days no refunds, in full or in part, will be made.
