Course Completion

Once registered, students are able to progress through the course at their own pace but the entire course must be completed within a 6-month period from the date of registration.

Why? Our courses are designed to be flexible to accommodate busy working professionals. But we know that life often gets in the way and after an initial burst of motivation, many quickly fall out of the rhythm of studying. So, the 6-month time frame is there to keep you motivated and to help you finish the course, just as you intended.

Module Assignments and Grading

Students must complete all 6 module assignments and submit the assignments to their tutor for grading.

Students will be able to progress onto the next module as soon as they have submitted their assignments. Their assignment grade will be returned within 7-days of submission.

Plagiarism

When working on and submitting assignments, students must agree to submit work that is 100% their own via a signed declaration that should be submitted with the first assignment.

Any student thought to have submitted plagiarised work will be removed from the course and will not receive credit for any modules and assignments completed up to that point.

30-day Refund Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with the course, or the course does not offer what you expected, Claims Class will offer a full refund within 30-days of purchase.

Within those 30-days, Claims Class must see that the student has attempted the course content and submitted at least one assignment.
