Terms and Conditions

1.0 Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds will be accepted under the following terms:

1. At least 6 weeks before the workshop start date: 100% refund
2. At least 4 weeks before the workshop start date: 75% refund
3. At least 2 weeks before the workshop start date: 50% refund
4. Less than 2 weeks before the workshop start date: No refund

• All refunds will be credited to the card or bank account used to make the registration.
• We’re sorry but requests for refunds less than 2 weeks before the event date will not be accepted. This is due to the fact that at this stage, we would have already booked and paid for the workshop venue and prepared the training materials for you.

2.0 I want to attend the same workshop on a different date

2.1 No problem. If there’s still space available in the workshop you want to transfer to, we’ll move you there. If no space is available, we’ll refund your registration as described above.

3.0 I want a colleague to attend the workshop in my place

3.1. No problem. Please email us on hello@constructionclaimsclass.com and we would be happy to welcome a colleague in your place. For most workshops, it’s best to make this change at least two weeks before the event so we have time to prepare their course training materials.

3.2. The latest we can transfer your registration to a colleague is two days before the beginning of the workshop.

4.0 I registered but didn’t attend

4.1 Sorry, no refunds are available if you didn’t cancel in advance. 

5.0 Other cancellations and schedule changes

5.1 It’s unlikely to happen, but we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrolment, presenter illness, or other circumstances. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.

5.2 If the event is rescheduled, you will have the option of attending the rescheduled event or receiving a full refund.
